Smart Dent Academy was founded by the team at Your Dental Design, a digital lab known for delivering high-end aesthetic and functional cases worldwide. With decades of combined experience and a passion for sharing knowledge, we created this academy to bridge the gap between traditional training and real-world digital workflows.

HI, I'M RITA

I’m a digital dental designer, educator, and the co-founder of Smart Dent Academy. With over 15 years in the CAD/CAM world, I’ve dedicated my career to blending beauty, function, and strategy in every restoration.

MY STORY

My journey started in Europe’s top dental labs, from Budapest to Berlin, and later led me to collaborate with international CAD teams—including those in the U.S.

Along the way, I fell in love with the creative side of Exocad and the possibilities that dental CAD unlocks.

From full-arch cases to custom abutments, my passion lies in turning complexity into elegant, efficient workflows.

WHY DO I TEACH?

Because I know how overwhelming dental CAD can feel at first—and how empowering it becomes with the right guidance.

I believe in teaching with heart and clarity, in a way that’s fun, hands-on, and genuinely useful.

I started my career in a traditional prosthetics department, learning the craft from the ground up.

When dental CAD began entering the lab, I made it my mission to master it—and I haven’t looked back.

Over the years, I’ve helped labs implement smarter systems, optimize their CAD workflows, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
